Led by co-founders with 15+ years specialist accommodation experience and 200+ delivered projects

The Harmony Group consists of property investment specialists, acquisitions experts, and data analysts who work exclusively in co-living investment.

Tony Draper

Tony Draper is the Co-Founder and Head of Partnerships at Harmony Group, bringing more than a decade of experience across construction, financial planning, and property investment. His career began in building and construction, first in accounts and relationship management before moving into estimating, giving him a detailed understanding of build quality, costing, and project structure. He later progressed into financial planning, where he rose to Senior Financial Adviser, specialising in complex, property-focused strategies.

With this unique blend of technical and financial expertise, Tony now oversees Harmony Group’s national network of 40+ trusted partners — builders, land agents, property managers, and finance brokers — ensuring clients gain access to premium locations, priority build slots, and exclusive opportunities. He has been involved in more than 500 property projects and currently supports around 120 new client projects each year.

Known for his relationship-building, negotiation strength, and ability to deliver under pressure, Tony has helped clients move from zero properties to large, well-structured portfolios. He is also a founder of one of Australia’s first 3D construction printing companies and co-founded a business recognised as the 22nd fastest-growing startup in the AFR 2024 FAST STARTERS list.

Yannick Ieko

Yannick Ieko is the CEO and Co-Founder of The Harmony Group, an impact-driven property investment company delivering co-living homes that help address Australia’s growing housing crisis. With more than 15 years of experience across property, lending, SMSF, and specialist disability accommodation (SDA), Yannick brings a rare blend of commercial expertise and social purpose to his leadership.

Under Yannick’s direction, Harmony Group has grown rapidly, with approximately 50 co-living properties underway and more than $40 million invested by around 40 private investors. His model is built on a simple, sustainable principle: when investor returns are strong and risk is well-managed, more housing can be delivered where it is needed most. Early properties have already achieved 100% tenancy, validating both the strategy and the community need.

Throughout his career, Yannick has contributed to the delivery of hundreds of property projects across Australia and has built deep relationships with developers, architects, lenders, and community organisations. His work consistently bridges the gap between commercial investment outcomes and meaningful social impact.

Yannick is committed to scaling co-living solutions nationally while partnering with like-minded investors who want their capital to create both strong returns and lasting societal change.

Motivated by being the person others can rely on, Ellie thrives on creating order, solving problems quickly, and helping the people around her do their best work.

Ian Orrell

Ian Orrell is a property investment consultant known for his integrity, long-term thinking, and ability to simplify complex high-yield opportunities for everyday investors. With more than 12 years of direct experience across the UK and Australia, he has helped over 350 people purchase property and guided more than 250 investors into high-yield strategies, with a strong focus on co-living assets.

Ian began his real estate career in the UK in 1993, specialising in premium heritage homes before moving into commercial property. After relocating to Australia, he returned to the industry in 2020 with a renewed focus on helping investors achieve reliable cash flow and long-term financial independence.

Clients value Ian’s calm judgement, problem-solving skills, and his commitment to advising based on their goals — not sales targets. He is known for “walking the talk,” investing personally across commercial, residential, co-living and other high-yield asset classes.

One of Ian’s most notable successes involved guiding an investor away from a costly 12-month construction blowout, saving them hundreds of thousands and fast-tracking their entry into a stronger cash-flow position through a smarter high-yield strategy.

Driven by a genuine desire to improve people’s lives, Ian believes good property decisions create freedom — more time, more choices, and more opportunities for future generations.
